Ingredients

25ml Sailor Jerry’s Spiced Rum
15ml Apricot liqueur
12.5ml passion fruit puree
2 tsp vanilla syrup
50ml pineapple juice
Halved fresh passion fruit
A shot of prosecco or cava to serve
 

YOU WILL NEED

Cocktail shaker
Strainer

Method

Add all of the liquid ingredients into a cocktail shaker.

Fill the shaker with as much cubed ice as you can, then shake it really hard.

Double strain into a chilled martini glass, then garnish with the fresh passion fruit half.

Serve with a shot of chilled prosecco or cava.
