Mango Collins Recipe
The classic ‘Collins’ is a cocktail from the early 18OOs originally made with Dutch Gin, but it can be made with many different spirits & is the perfect way to drink your favourite spirit long. One of Las Iguanas’ most popular cocktails, the Mango Collins is a tropical & easy-drinking version of the classic.
Ingredients
25ml mango vodka (we use Absolut Mango)
25ml orange liqueur
35ml orange juice
35ml mango juice
Fresh lime
Lemonade to top
Cubed ice
YOU WILL NEED
Bar spoon
Method
Slice a lime into four; juice one quarter & keep another wedge for the garnish.
Pour all of the liquid ingredients including the lime juice into a tall glass with ice, then top with lemonade.
Stir well, then garnish with your lime wedge.
