Can I still order with a server then pay on the Order & Pay platform?

Yes.

How do I pay?

Just scan the QR code on your table and you will be taken to a webpage.

Can I request vegan or gluten free on the Order & Pay platform?

Yes, you can add your requirements to the notes section.

Can I request for my tapas & mains to come out at the same time?

Yes, you can add your requirements to the notes section.

Can I request to have my starter as a main course?

Yes, you can add your requirements to the notes section.

How do I find allergen information?

There’s a link for allergens on the Order & Pay platform, or visit iguanas.co.uk/menu.

How do I find out my table number?

It will be on a card on your table.

I have a discount code, can I redeem it on here?

Yes, just add it on the payment screen.

How do I remove the service charge?

You can remove it yourself on the payment screen.

Can I just order drinks?

Yes, you can.

Can I use it outside?

Yes, as long as you have a table number you can order anywhere within the bar, restaurant or piazza.

I've been overcharged, who do I contact?

Can I tip in cash?

Our servers can accept cash tips, but we would ask that you try to use the Order & Pay platform as much as possible.

Can I part pay on the Order & Pay platform, and part pay in cash?

Yes, you can – speak to your server.

What happens to my points from the old Las Iguanas app?

We have noted these and will be sending offers and rewards from time to time.

Can I split the bill?

No, all members of your party will have to pay separately.

Can I redeem a gift card?

Unfortunately this will need to be redeemed with a server.

Do you accept American Express?

We cannot currently accept American Express.

How will my server know I have paid the bill?

Your server will be able to see your payment instantly on their tablet or on the till.

How can I get a receipt for my payment?

You will receive an email receipt to your submitted email address once you have paid the bill.
