If you are planning to visit and want to confirm opening hours please get in touch with the restaurant directly.

How do I make a booking?

How do I make an enquiry about an existing booking?

How do I cancel my booking?
Bookings can be cancelled via the confirmation email you received when you made the booking. Alternatively, you can reach out to the restaurant directly to let them know, all contact details can be found here - https://www.iguanas.co.uk/restaurants/
How do I enquire about a group booking?
To book for groups of 20+ you can book via our homepage - https://www.iguanas.co.uk/ and your enquiry will be sent to the restaurant to confirm within 48 hours
Do I need to pre-order?
We will sometimes require a pre-order, particularly for larger party bookings. If one is required your lead booker will be informed via their booking confirmation, and will receive a further email as soon as pre-orders are open.
Can I book a table outdoors?
We are unable to take bookings specifically for outdoor tables due to unpredictable weather. If you would prefer to be seated outside you can include this request in your booking notes and our team will do their best to accommodate you

Which forms of card payment do you accept?
We accept both contactless and card payments. However, we do not accept Amex
Do you accept cash?
All of our restaurant accept cash, except from Las Iguanas at London O2 which cannot accept cash, as it's a cashless restaurant.
Do you implement a service charge?
Service charge is added to your bill, and is at your discretion. If you would like to remove this, you can talk to a friendly member of our team who will be happy to support you in this. Service charge payments collected by the company, whether by credit card, debit card, or payment via our digital platforms (collectively referred to as “tronc”) are distributed in full to our employees without deduction.
Food & Allergens
Can you accommodate for allergies?
Full allergen information can be found on our online menus, where you can filter dishes by specific allergies and dietary requirements, or scroll to the bottom of the page to download a full allergens PDF. For more specific requirements, please contact the restaurant before your visit or speak to your host on arrival. Our team will be happy to let you know which dishes can be adapted to accommodate your requirements.
Is your food Halal?
Our chicken and lamb is halal and HFA approved. All halal poultry and meat is pre-stunned in line with EU guidelines and our commitment to animal welfare.
Drinks
When is Happy Hour?
In the majority of our restaurants, cocktails & mocktails are 2FOR1 all day, every day, all year long, including bank holidays. When you buy one, you get the same one free. The following restaurants are exempt from this offer: Watford, Peterborough, Kingston & Mermaid Quay, Temple Street, Bristol Harbourside, Cambridge, Reading and Trafford Centre restaurant sites, this offer is only valid between 3-6pm and 9:30pm-close. Happy Hour is not available in Scotland or in our Center Parcs restaurants, but cocktails start from £7. Happy Hour offer excludes marked Premium Cocktails e.g. 818 Tequila.
Do you have to be over 18 to visit Las Iguanas?
All of our restaurants allow under 18s, although some locations are unable to accommodate minors later in the evening due to licensing – please check directly with your local restaurant (https://www.iguanas.co.uk/restaurants/). We cannot accept under-18's as part of Bottomless Brunch or Boozy Brunch bookings.

What's included in Bottomless Brunch?

Does the whole table need to participate in Bottomless Brunch?
Yes, the entire party must take part in the Bottomless Brunch package.
Do you offer a non-alcoholic Bottomless Brunch?
Yes, we offer a mocktail and soft drink version of our Bottomless Brunch on request. This is available at the lower price of £26. Just let your server know on arrival. This can be booked as normal 'Bottomless Brunch' and the restaurant team will be able to offer mocktails upon arrival to the restaurant if requested.
Can under 18s join Bottomless Brunch?
The entire Bottomless Brunch party must be 18 or over, even if the under 18s are not looking to participate in the Bottomless Brunch
Is Bottomless Brunch available in Scotland?
Due to Scottish licensing laws, unlimited drinks are unavailable in our Glasgow and Edinburgh restaurants. You can instead book a Boozy Brunch & enjoy two courses with five selected drinks for 90 minutes. Can I upgrade my Bottomless Brunch?
You can upgrade you Bottomless Brunch main to anything from the Main Menu for just £5.50 - This does not need to be booked in advance, or completed by everyone on the table

Bottomless Brunch must be pre-booked via our website. You can select 'Bottomless Brunch' after inputting your chosen location, date, time, and party size.

Do you offer a Student Bottomless Brunch?
Yes! Our Student Bottomless Brunch is available every Wednesday at a discounted price of £25.95 with a valid Student ID card
BOTTOMLESS TAPAS
When is Bottomless Tapas available?
Bottomless Tapas is a 90 minute slot, available Sunday - Thursday, all day
How many tapas dishes can be ordered at a time?
Our restaurant teams will take orders in groups of 3 plates between 2 at a time.
Is there a Bottomless Drinks upgrade available?
You can upgrade to bottomless drinks to have as well as Bottomless Tapas, this can be discussed with the restaurant team upon arrival and they will be happy to accommodate
Do you have to pre-book Bottomless Tapas?
Bottomless Tapas must be pre-booked at least 4 hours in advance

Do you offer Blue Light discount?
Yes, we accept Blue Light discount.You must have a code from Blue Light to redeeem. You will receive 20% off food from the Main Menu Sunday-Thursday. This cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. More information can be found here - https://www.iguanas.co.uk/blue-light/
Do you offer student discount?
Yes, when you show us a valid student card you will receive 25% off food and drink from the Main Menu Sunday-Thursday (except in Scotland where the discount applies to food only). These offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount or Set Menu (including; Bottomless Brunch, Bottomless Tapas, or Lunch). Do you offer an NHS discount?

Do you offer an industry discount for other people working in hospitality and retail?

Can I use my discount, offer, or voucher on a Set Menu (Bottomless Brunch, Bottomless Tapas, or Lunch)?
Offers, discounts and vouchers will not be available to be redeemed against any of our existing packages such as; Bottomless Brunch, Bottomless Tapas, or Lunch Menu, unless otherwise stated in the offer T&Cs
Can I use a giftcard in conjunction with a Set Menu (Bottomless Brunch, Bottomless Tapas or Lunch)
Giftcards can be redeemed against the bill, despite ordering from a Set Menu or using an offer. Giftcards are viewed as a payment method rather than another offer, so these can be used in conjunction.
REFUNDS
Who do I contact if I have been charged incorrectly and require a refund?
Please email [email protected] and include details of the refund amount, time and date of your visit as well as some details on the circumstances around the missing refund. Our team will assist you with this as quickly as possible.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds can take up to 10 working days to pass through your bank into your account once they have been processed by our teams
BIRTHDAYS & CELEBRATIONS
Do you do anything special for birthdays?
If you're signed up to our mailing list and we know when your birthday is, you'll receive a special treat via email. If you want to check we have your birthday, just click on the link at the bottom of any of our emails where it says 'You can update your profile and change your restaurant here.
When will I receive my birthday email?
You will receive your birthday voucher 7 days before your birthday, therefore you need to have signed up to our mailing list before this point in order to receive a birthday email.
Can we decorate our table for a celebration? Will the restaurant be able to do anything to help us celebrate?

Who do I contact regarding references?
We only supply reference requests for employers that need to carry out enhanced checks, such are government roles, airside services, emergency services, care or education sector, for these requests, please email [email protected]. For all other references/confirmation of employment, this can be provided by the candidate via their P45.

How to download the My Iguanas app?

Are there age restricitions on downloading the app?
You must be over 18 to download and register for the My Iguanas app
Can I still join the club if I don't want to download the app?
Your membership can run online too, visit the website here - https://perks.iguanas.co.uk/
How can I see my perks?
You can find your latest perks in the ‘Perks’ section of your app or on your online account. If you have push notifications enabled, we'll also let you know when you have something new incoming.
How do I redeem a perk?
Make sure you show your digital My Iguanas card or your My Iguanas code to a team member at the beginning of your visit and activate the offer you want to redeem on your account. Your activated offer will be applied to your bill. Any of our restaurant team members will be happy to help you navigate the app and any perks if you ask
Can more than one perk be used per table?
We can only scan one My Iguanas code and therefore only redeem one perk per table
How do I use my perks if I'm using Order & Pay?
Unfortunately, you can’t use a perk if you are using Order & Pay. You can only redeem a perk if you have an open bill and are using your phone to add to it as you go, please ask your server to apply your perk before you pay at the end of your meal.
Do I earn points when scanning My Iguanas card?
Our focus is personalising your perks and offers based on how you use My Iguanas app when you visit, so there are no points associated with your account
How do I cancel my membership to the perks scheme?
You can cancel your membership anytime by clicking ‘Delete my account’ on both the app and your online account. Please bear in mind this only deletes your membership to the Latin Perks scheme. Deleting your account means you will no longer be able to access your membership and any perks that have been awarded to you will be lost. You are welcome to rejoin at any time, but we will not be able to add any previous perks awarded to you on your new account.
What do I do if I accidently activate a perk?
Please email us at [email protected] and we can re-add the perk for you.
I haven't received the welcome perk when I downloaded the app, what do I do?
Please try logging out of your account in the Settings tab, and logging back in. If this doesn't work, email us at [email protected] and we can re-add the perk for you.
I haven't received a confirmation email after downloading the My Iguanas aoo?
Email us at [email protected] and we can trigger the confirmation email to you or manually activate the account for you.
What do I do if a perk has disappeared from my app?
Some of our perks are available for a limited time only, or a selected number of days after being added to your account. Please read the terms and conditions of your perks when you receive them so that you don't miss out on using them before they expire! If you believe a perk has not expired but still disappeared from your account, please email [email protected] and we can investigate re-assigning the perk for you.
I forgot to scan my card, can I log the purchase on my app afterwards?
We can't add a transaction to your My Iguanas card after the visit, so make sure you remember to show it to your server when you're at Las Iguanas to not miss out on extra perks.

Can I order Las Iguanas for delivery?

What do I do if there is an issue with my order?
If you have ordered via a delivery platform, please use the help feature on this platform to make them aware of the issue with your order. If you have collected a Click and Collect order and found an issue with your order, please contact our Guest Team on [email protected] and they will investigate this issue for you
